This project was very interesting to make! The life insurance industry was something I hadn’t worked consistently with, which is why I did as much research as I could! One of the most important things about choosing a life insurance agent is trust and professionalism. I made an extremely professional website that was clean, simple, and easy-to-use. An important factor for this website was clear and consistent calls-to-action (CTA). You’ll notice there are a variety of forms and phone number click-to-call buttons throughout the website. This greatly helped with the conversions on the site.
To make the CTAs stand out, I used a simple color palette using greys, whites, blacks, and the deep green from the logo. All of the CTAs are green, making them stand out. On the service pages there are helpful videos about the business. Integrating video into any website helps keep your users on the site longer (helping bounce rate). Video can also be extremely helpful when it comes to SEO! After creating the branding and website, I created Google Ads targeting those in need of life insurance. The ads ran specifically on the search network, making them pay-per-click (PPC) ads.
